Prior to building Fletcher Development—a premier custom home builder and development company—Ryan served as a Sergeant in the US Marines (0311), bringing military discipline and leadership to construction. He holds a Harvard education in Advanced Management in Real Estate with a focus on Healthy Buildings & Sustainability. He has extensive industry contacts in the construction and development space.

Ryan holds and operates over $100 million in real estate investment holdings, and has created over $700 million in real estate market value.
